Taught by sleep professors from the UK and USA, Samantha learned about the growing science around sleep. She has developed techniques and routines to help people identify their challenges, their triggers, and to be better understand their relationship with their sleep biases and habits.

Samantha is impassioned to share how well CBTI works for people who suffer with all types of insomnia, and how it also aligns with her values of treating the cause, instead of masking the symptoms with medication.

Samantha has been solving people’s sleep challenges for two years and is determined to help as many people as possible regain control of their sleep and feel healthier and happier than ever before!

Premium Level Sleep Coaching

Using a science based approach, Sleep coaching is delivered using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia.

You will learn the science of sleep; how to master your sleep hygiene; constructive worry; thought stopping; changing your bedroom associations with one that is positive and restful; how to fall asleep faster; and much more!

Your success will be determined by how much you follow the program over the 7 week period. Each session will last an hour, which will be via zoom.
